The clinical manifestations of the membranous nephropathy:

1.Age

More than 40 ages, most patients at this stage,tend to be hidden.

2.Nephrotic syndrome

Clinical expression is nephrotic syndrome (a large amount of proteinuria, low serum albumin leels, deep edema, hyperlipidemia), or no symptoms of kidney disease and proteinuria.

3.Microscopic haematuria

Can be associated with a small amount of microscopic haematuria.

4.High blood pressure and/or renal function injury

Some patients with high blood pressure or kidney damage.

5.Signs

Double lower limbs or facial edema, serious when can appear abdominal cavity effusion, pleural effusion, mostly liquid leakage; Some patients without clinical symptoms, but found that proteinuria during routine checkups.
